Q1. Can I have a sample? Is it free?
Yes surely, the samples (fabric sample or dust filter bag in sample size) are free of charge, but the courier charge should be on your side.
Q2. Do you provide OEM service?
Surely, besides standard felts or filter bags, we also accept customized proportion needle felts or different shapes of filter bags.
Q3. What is the package for overseas delivery?
To protect the filter felt rolls from damage in transportation, we apply plastic film as the inner package, then outside with plastic woven bags.
For filter bag delivery, we use plastic film in the inner side as well, outside with plastic woven bags or cartons. Usually the bags or cartons will be in a pallet.
Q4. Is there any quality control in your factory?
Our Q/C team controls the quality from the fiber to the finished bag, inspecting technical parameter in every manufacturing process.
